Andrea is an HR Leader with over 15 years of experience who successfully builds organizational profitability through a robust knowledge of workforce planning and process development, a proven record of driving financial results, business growth, and asset value through the development and delivery of people strategies. With a passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, she maximizes returns on talent investments to elevate human performance.

Prior to joining ACC, Andrea spent the majority of her career as an HR Leader in the agency space having worked Havas, Ketchum and at Ogilvy.
