Monica Chun
As Acceleration’s President, Monica leads growth strategy, marketing innovation and cross-network integration throughout ACC’s portfolio of agencies. She also oversees Advisory, ACC’s in-house marketing consultancy which develops various multi-platform, go-to-market strategies and culture-driving initiatives for a wide range of clients including Google Pixel, Stanley, T-Mobile, Pepsi, Whataburger, Dallas Stars, etc.
Prior to joining ACC, Monica was a 22-year veteran of PMK BNC, one of the most influential entertainment marketing and communications firms, where she was agency President and Chief Operating Officer of Brands. There, Monica built the company’s experiential, influencer, digital, social, sponsorship, and insights& analytics units. During her tenure, Monica helps fuel record growth with clients such as Samsung, Audi, American Express, and Activision.
Throughout her career, Monica has architected hundreds of launch initiatives for some of the world’s most iconic brands across multiple categories including Samsung, Beats by Dre, Nike Jordan, PlayStation, Nintendo, Converse, Cadillac, Dickies, The Honest Co, Target, and Bacardi, just to name a few. Monica also has extensive experience spearheading breakthrough consumer engagement campaigns around the Super Bowl, NBA All Star, CES, SXSW, Austin City Limits, Coachella, Comic-Con, and Lollapalooza.
Monica co-authored ‘the Art of Branded Entertainment,” the first book written by a Cannes Lions jury on how to create compelling entertainment in an on-demand world.
